Special Note: See, Birth-Death Master Allah Ta’ala. None of us know when someone will leave the world and I don’t know what will happen to my website after I’m gone. Domains, hosting are required to run a website and they have to be renewed monthly or yearly otherwise they don’t work anymore. Moreover, our course website is from a third party company, we pay a bill every month, God forbid if I die if it is not paid regularly then no one else can access that website. So, no one can hold me responsible or I will not be responsible in this case after my death – if you want to take our course according to this condition, otherwise please do not buy our course.
I know many may be surprised to read the above but I always want to be transparent from my side so saying the words.
Before enrolling in any institution one should read their terms and conditions thoroughly.
1) Your account information (login username and password) will not be shared with anyone, it is solely for your own use. If you share your account (login information) with anyone, your account may be terminated at any time. You will no longer be able to login to our website and access the courses.
2) Any distribution of course materials (videos, themes, plugins, PSDs, etc.) without the prior permission of the authorities is strictly prohibited and punishable by law. I hope you don’t do anything that could harm everyone as a whole. How much effort it took us to create these courses, hope you will consider it from your consideration.
3) Downloading any video without the permission of the authority is strictly prohibited and punishable by law. You have to understand that if we had allowed to download the videos we would have kept the download option. Please refrain from piracy.
4) Please refrain from using any kind of personal attacks and violent words, sentences on the Facebook page, in any Facebook group of Start With Ariful. Doing this will get you banned from the group and you may lose your account.
5) If anyone spreads any false information about Start With Ariful, if any of our students go there and express their consent, we request him to take leave from our group or else Start With Ariful may take any action against him. Start With Ariful is always working towards building a positive community.
6) We can use the photos, feedback (reviews) of students who have joined Start With Ariful family or purchased any course as needed for promotion on our Facebook page, group.
7) You can only login to our website with any one device, not multiple devices. We recommend you to login from your computer so that you can watch and practice the videos beautifully.
8) Duration of any of our courses i.e. video access is mentioned on our sales page. I had such a problem that I could not see it, please extend it for a few days, no request of this type is acceptable. If access to the course is lost, re-enroll and take access.
9) No support is provided except by posting in the Facebook support group. No support is provided by personal inbox or phone call. If the problem is not solved in the Facebook group, live support is provided on Zoom, Anydesk, Team-Viewer.
10) We will try to provide support as soon as possible, so we need your cooperation. Our courses are technical so you will not get instant support in any course. You may have to wait for 5 minutes or 3 hours to get support so your attitude should be like that, don’t rush.
11) Support time for any of our courses is 10 am to 6 pm BDT Time. You have to take support within that period. Other times support will be slow or not available at all.
12) By purchasing any course from Start With Ariful, it will be assumed that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
13) The Authority reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time without assigning any reason.
1) No refund request will be accepted after enrolling in the course. Please always check the course outline, preview modules etc before purchasing any course.
2) If double payment is made while purchasing any course due to mistake/technical problem or if the same course is purchased twice then we have to send detailed proofs. And if it is proved, the excess payment will be refunded within the next 30 days.
